Cooking Port House® Grill Maryland Crab Cakes!

Thaw crab cakes by placing them in the refrigerator 24 hours prior to cooking.

Time needed: 20 minutes. 

  1. We recommend that you preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place thawed crab cakes in a buttered or oiled pan. 
  3. Bake for 10-15 minuted or until golden brown. 
  4. Finished when minimum internal temperature is 145ºF. If additional browning is desired, broil briefly to finish. 
  5. Enjoy!
